BSNL launches Super Star 500 broadband plan, and 999 hotstar premium subscription

BSNL has launched a new broadband plan. Launched in the name of Super Star 500, the plan comes with a rental of Rs 949 per month and offers data benefits as well as free Hotstar subscriptions. Let’s take a look at all the benefits of this plan.

BSNL broadband plan detailed

In the BSNL Super Star 500 plan, users get 500GB of data. It has two options. One is Bharat Fiber Plan and the other is DSL Plan. If you have fiber optics connection in your area then you can go with Bharat Fiber plan, in which you will get 50Mbps speed. If you do not have fiber optics in your area, then you can take a DSL plan, in which you will get a speed of 10Mbps. After the data runs out in both options, the speed decreases to 2Mbps. According to TelecomTalk, BSNL has released this plan in all circles except Andaman and Nicobar.

As we told you above, the price of this plan is Rs 949 per month. BSNL is not offering a one-year or two-year payment option on this plan. Talking about the benefits available in it, users will get a Hotstar Premium subscription free of Rs 999. Apart from this, users will also get unlimited local and national calling free anywhere in India.

Apart from this, BSNL also offers a Super Star 300 plan. In this plan, users have got 300GB data and its monthly rental is Rs 749 per month. All other benefits in this plan are like Super Star 500 plan.

Apart from this, let us know that some time ago, BSNL changed its Rs 777 plan to Rs 849 and stopped the Rs 777 plan. In this way, from June 2019, the cheapest plan of broadband service of BSNL was reduced to Rs 849. Now the company has reintroduced its old 777 rupees plan. In this plan, 500GB data is available with a speed of 50Mbps. This data used to come with FUP limit. After the limit was over, the speed was reduced to 2Mbps. Explain that this plan has been offered with a promotional offer. Which means that this plan will be available for only six months for Rs 777 and after that its price will be back to Rs 849.
